Great experience with this company and our technician, Drake. We had a pipe rupture under the slab of our home that required a fix. Drake was wonderful, and we relied on his expertise to address the issue. We had hot water in our home returned within 24 hours of our call. We had a water leak in the front yard and called Carlson Plumbing. They sent two of their best to help resolve the problem. Their names are Santino and Ivan. We were so lucky to have them do the work for us. We were so concerned about how long we would have to be without water. They reassured us that they would take care of it as soon as possible. The plumbers worked quickly and explained their work to me. He was able to take off a large sum from the original estimate due to several factors was a great relief to me. I will be hiring them again if the need arises

They were very professional and reasonable. Once the technician got to my home he explained the possible issues and estimates. I had a leak from a pipe in my front yard l, right before my water softener, and he began to work right away. It’s been freezing the past few days, even today, and he kept going until it was fixed. There was a lot of digging and he did it all himself. He gave us advice on what to do to help the pipe not freeze overnight too. I’m very glad that he fixed the pipe. Thank you!
